How it works

From the failure
to the signed report.

Six steps, one record. Follow a real failure through Mantenix: who reports it, who decides, who fixes it and what the data says at the end of the week.

The maintenance flow

  1. 01

    Report

    Someone reports the failure.

An operator scans the asset’s QR code, writes to the Mantenix WhatsApp number or uses the portal. No account needed, and repeated reports of the same asset group together.

A failure report received by QR code: the symptom, who reported it and the channel it came from.
  2. 02

    AI proposes

    AI proposes. A person approves.

In seconds the AI suggests the symptom, the priority and the failure mode from the report. The supervisor accepts it with one tap or corrects it.

AI suggestion on a request: symptom, priority and failure mode, with buttons to accept or correct.
  3. 03

    Assignment

The technician gets the order on the phone.

The work order arrives in the field app with its asset, priority and procedure. It is on the device, so it opens even where there is no signal.

Field app: the technician's assigned work orders.
  4. 04

    Execution

    Checklist, photos, parts and signature.

The technician follows the checklist, records readings and photos, takes the parts from the warehouse and signs. Everything waits on the phone until coverage returns.

Field app without signal: the technician fills in the preventive checklist and the changes wait to sync.
  5. 05

    Closure

The order closes with its evidence.

On close, AI proposes the ISO 14224 classification and the supervisor confirms it. The asset’s history, its downtime and its cost update on their own.

AI suggestion when closing a work order: failure mode, mechanism, cause, detection and activity, to accept or correct.
  6. 06

    Indicators

Indicators that come from the work.

MTBF, MTTR, availability and preventive compliance are calculated from the closed orders, and the weekly report reaches the managers by email.

Dashboard indicators: MTBF, MTTR, operational availability, preventive compliance, reactive work and ready backlog.

FAQ

Questions about the flow.

Does the person who reports need an account?

No. Anyone can report by scanning the asset’s QR code or writing to the Mantenix WhatsApp number. The request opens with its asset, and the requester hears back when the order closes.

Can the AI create or assign orders on its own?

No. The AI proposes the priority, the failure mode or the technician, and a person accepts or corrects every suggestion.

What happens if the technician has no signal?

The app keeps working. The order, the checklist, the photos and the signature are saved on the phone and sync on their own when coverage returns.

Where do the indicators come from?

From the records themselves: orders, clocked time, downtime and costs. Nobody has to fill in a spreadsheet at the end of the month.

See it with your own operation.

One hour with your assets, your sites and your terminology. No slides.
