Platform · Work orders
Every work order, from request to approved report.
Priority, SLA, technician, checklist, evidence and signatures in a single record. You see where every work order stands without calling anyone.
01 · The problem
A work order no one can follow is not a work order.
When work orders live on paper, in chats and spreadsheets, the client hears about delays first.
?
Unknown status
To find out if a job moved, someone has to call the technician or the supervisor.
!
SLAs that expire quietly
No one gets a warning before the deadline, and the breach shows up in the client's complaint.
2×
Double entry
The technician fills out the form on site and someone retypes it at the office.
02 · How it works
From request to approved report.
- 01
Receive
The request arrives by portal, email or WhatsApp and the intake agent turns it into a work order.
- 02
Assign
The date is scheduled and technicians are assigned by certification and availability.
- 03
Execute
The technician works from the app, with checklist, time and evidence, even offline.
- 04
Approve
The coordinator reviews the technical report and the client downloads it from the portal.
03 · Lifecycle
A clear flow, from plan to approval.
Each work order moves through planning, scheduling, execution, close and approval. Every status change is recorded with who and when.
- Planning, scheduled, in progress, completed, approved, rejected or cancelled
- Priority low, normal, high or urgent
- Warning 24 h before the SLA is due, escalation when it is missed
- Lead and assistant technicians, in-house or contractors
04 · Execution and close
Time, evidence and signatures that back up the work.
The technician logs travel, work and wait time, completes the checklist and attaches photos. On close, the technical report is generated and sent for approval.
- Travel, work and wait time per technician
- Checklists with numbers, photos, selections and signatures
- Evidence as photo, video, audio or document
- Technician, client, HSE and coordinator signatures
- Technical PDF report to approve or reject
