These terms govern the use of Mantenix, the maintenance management software by Edcora Inc.. The contract signed with each customer company prevails over these terms.

1. Use of the service

Mantenix is offered to companies. Each customer company is responsible for who accesses its account and for the information it records. Use Mantenix only for legitimate work purposes and do not try to access other companies’ data.

2. Your account

Keep your password secret and tell your company or support if you think someone else accessed your account.

3. Safety on the plant floor

Mantenix helps organize permits to work and lockouts (LOTO), but it does not replace safety procedures, training or the judgment of authorized people. Artificial intelligence suggestions must be reviewed before being applied.

4. Data

The data a company records belongs to it. We process it according to the privacy policy.

5. Availability and liability

We work to keep Mantenix always available, but there may be interruptions for maintenance or failures. Liability limits are governed by the contract with each company.
