Platform · Field app
The whole work order, in the technician's pocket.
Checklists, evidence, time and signatures from a cell phone. Works offline in basements, on rooftops and in plants, and syncs once coverage is back.
01 · The problem
What happens in the field gets lost before it reaches the office.
Paper, photos in WhatsApp and hours written down from memory turn every close-out into a reconstruction.
?
Scattered evidence
Photos stay on the technician's cell phone or in a chat, with no asset, date or work order attached.
2×
Double entry
The technician fills out a paper form and someone retypes it the next day, errors included.
!
Offline, no record
In basements, machine rooms and remote sites, online-only apps fail and the work goes undocumented.
02 · How it works
From dispatch to client sign-off.
- 01
Receive
The work order reaches the mobile device with asset, site, checklist and permits attached.
- 02
Execute
The technician follows the steps, logs readings and captures evidence, online or offline.
- 03
Sign
Technician and client sign on screen when the job is done.
- 04
Sync
Everything lands on the work order and the report agent drafts the technical report.
03 · Guided execution
Checklists that leave no step open to interpretation.
Every work order comes with its template and mandatory steps. The technician can't close it without the reading, photo or signature the procedure requires.
- Text, number, select, photo, signature and checkbox steps
- Expected ranges on readings, with out-of-range alerts
- Mandatory steps that block close-out
- Safety procedure shown before work starts
- Templates by asset type and job type
04 · Time and evidence
Every minute and every photo, on the right work order.
Technicians log travel, work and wait with one tap. Photos, video, audio and documents attach to the step and the asset, with time and location.
- Travel, work and wait time entries
- Photo, video, audio and document evidence
- Lead and assistant technicians log their own hours
- Digital signatures from technician, client and HSE
- Sync queue visible at all times

07 · FAQ
Frequently asked questions
What happens when the technician is offline?+
The app keeps working. Checklists, photos, time and signatures are stored on the device and sync when coverage returns.
Do we need to install anything from an app store?+
No. It's a progressive web app (PWA) installed from the browser on Android or iOS.
Do assistant technicians log hours too?+
Yes. Every assigned technician, lead or assistant, logs their own travel, work and wait time.
Can a technician close a work order without finishing the checklist?+
Not when steps are mandatory. The work order stays open until the required readings, evidence and signatures are in.
Can contractors use the app?+
Yes. Contractors see only the work orders assigned to them, with the same checklists and evidence requirements.
