MANTENIX

Industries · Energy & solar

Every inverter serviced. Every remote site under control.

For O&M operators and contractors running solar plants, distributed sites and substations. Routes, electrical permits and evidence in a single work order.

01 · The problem

Three losses your monitoring never shows.

  • ?

Alarms that never become work orders

SCADA says an inverter tripped, but the fault sits in an email or a chat until someone remembers to act on it.

  • 3×

Repeat trips to the same site

The technician arrives without the part, without an approved permit or without knowing what was done last time, and has to come back.

  • !

Electrical work without a signed permit

Medium-voltage switching on a paper permit or a verbal OK. When an incident happens, there is no record of who authorized what.

02 · How it works

From alarm to energy back online.

The full cycle, on sites that are hours apart.

  1. 01

    Sites and assets

Plants, blocks, inverters, trackers, transformers and switchgear, each with its location.

  2. 02

    Preventive plan

The Planner agent builds cleaning, thermography and inspection routes by calendar or run hours.

  3. 03

    Intake

An alarm or a report becomes a work order with priority and SLA based on the energy at risk.

  4. 04

    Dispatch with permit

The Dispatch agent picks the qualified technician and requires the electrical permit to be approved.

  5. 05

    Close-out

Readings, photos, thermal images and signatures on the work order. The technical report goes out on approval.

03 · Preventive maintenance

Preventive routes that cover every site, not just the nearby ones.

Panel cleaning, connection torque checks, thermography and tracker inspections are planned by site and frequency. The Planner agent groups visits so one trip clears several tasks.

  • Plans by calendar or run hours
  • Routes grouped by zone and site
  • Checklists with required readings and photos
  • Plan compliance by plant

04 · Health, safety & environment

No one opens a cabinet without an approved permit.

The electrical permit to work, LOTO and job safety analysis are approved before the work order moves to execution. They are signed by the technician, the supervisor and HSE inside the same work order.

  • Electrical and work-at-height permits
  • Lockout/tagout (LOTO) with evidence
  • Technician, supervisor and HSE signatures
  • Non-conformities with severity and follow-up

05 · Reliability

Know which inverter fails most, before generation drops.

Availability, MTBF and MTTR per inverter and per plant, calculated from real work orders. The Reliability agent flags assets with repeat failures and explains why it flagged them.

  • Availability by inverter, block and plant
  • Repeat failures with code and cause
  • MTTR by site, travel time included
  • Downtime cost at a configurable rate

06 · Who uses it

Five roles, five reasons to use it.

  • O&M manager

“My SCADA already tells me everything.”

SCADA tells you what failed. Mantenix tells you who went, how long it took, what was replaced and whether the preventive plan is on track.

  • Dispatch coordinator

“The sites are so far apart that planning is impossible.”

The Dispatch agent groups tasks by zone and proposes the nearest qualified technician, with the permit already in motion.

  • Field technician

“There is no cell service at the plant.”

The app works offline. Photos, readings, checklist and signatures sync when the signal comes back.

  • HSE supervisor

“I already handle electrical permits on paper.”

In Mantenix the work order cannot start until the permit is approved, and every signature stays in the work order record.

  • Asset manager

“Plant owners ask for reports that take me days.”

The technical report is generated when each work order closes, and plant KPIs come from real data, not spreadsheets.

09 · FAQ

What they ask before saying yes.

Does it replace my SCADA or monitoring platform?+

No. Monitoring detects the fault; Mantenix runs the work to fix it, with technician, permit, evidence and report.

Does it work for distributed rooftops, not just utility-scale plants?+

Yes. Each rooftop or site is a site with its own assets, and preventive routes group several sites into one trip.

How are electrical permits controlled?+

The permit is requested and approved inside the work order. Until it is approved, the work cannot start.

Can technicians work offline?+

Yes. The field app stores everything on the phone and syncs once it is back online.

Can I share reports with the plant owner?+

Yes. The client portal gives them access to their sites, work orders and technical reports, and only to what you enable.

Bring one plant. We will model it in the demo.
